Alaska Producer for Remote & Adventure Shoots

I'm Head of Production at Mountain Mind Media, an Alaska video production company, and a freelance production professional with deep Alaska experience. I'm available to support productions as a producer, safety lead, location scout, on-camera talent, and occasionally PA. I also rent production equipment.
Mountain Mind Media has recently worked with Netflix · Hulu · Red Bull Media House · National Geographic · Ford · Patagonia · Arc'teryx · KUIU

Head of Production

Mountain Mind Media makes commercials, documentaries, series, and brand films from Alaska. The team shoots Cub Cam aerials, NDAA-compliant drone work, glacier and winter filming, wildlife, and outdoor brand stories, with in-house post. The crew is a team of pilots, skiers, snowmachiners, mountain bikers, kayakers, and paragliders who work comfortably in remote terrain.

"Ash wears many hats at Mountain Mind Media. She's led productions, assisted on shoots, and has stepped in as talent in various situations. As an Alaskan, pilot, and professional, she knows the state well and is ready to help productions excel!"

Talent

In front of the lens

Alongside producing, I work on camera as talent. I've modeled products for large brands and worked on scripted shoots, voice overs, and candid adventure content. I know what's needed on the receiving end of media and can help guide productions, especially when filming in Alaska.

Production equipment rentals

Remote shoots need more than a camera package. I rent production support gear for crews working in Alaska:

  • Wardrobe: clothing racks and a steamer
  • Safety: emergency kits
  • Camp: group camping gear
  • Communications: radios
  • Transportation: getting crew and gear where they need to be

Send me your dates and location to ask about availability.

Need camera or aerial gear? Mountain Mind Media rents it too.
