As a 200hour RYT, I enjoy teaching in Alaska as well as offering group zoom classes. I have a passion for sharing, but prefer smaller, more intimate settings.
I love incorporating fundamentals from outdoor sports, (ex. vinyasa for skiers, meditation before a powder day, grounding down for aviators, biking restorative, etc). I also love teaching un-themed vinyasa classes and general mobility flow style classes, typically incorporating some education and breathe-work.
