I get excitement, adrenaline, strength, and social connection from outdoor sports, confidence and mental fortitude from exercising outside, strength and consistency from going to the gym, mental ease and efficiency by taking and teaching classes, spiritual alignment by practicing and teaching yoga, and understanding and motivation by studying nutrition & wellness.

I’ve been an outdoor guide for over a decade, am a registered yoga teacher with a passion for Vinyasa, Restorative, and Nidra, am a health, wellness & nutrition coach, am a certified spin instructor, and have run large fitness gyms.
